Q: Do you have a store in London? When is it open?

A: Our store in London has been permanently closed. We do have a head office/warehouse location in Oakville where you are able to pick up your orders, however there is no storefront to browse clothing. If you would like to place an order you can do so online or over the phone by calling 289-863-4374.

Q: When will the Geri mobile stores be in my area?

A: Our Geri Trucks are constantly travelling across Ontario. To find out when one will be near you call us at 289-863-4374 and we will be more than happy to let you know.

Q: What is Geri Fashions’ return policy?

A: In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Geri Fashions will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without damage by the customer.  For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 60 days of purchase to arrange. We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange without prior approval. Items must be returned with original tags intact and receipt. Please note all discounted items are final sale and non-returnable or exchangeable.

Q: Can you ship my order directly to a retirement home or facility?  

A: Yes we can! Please make sure to include the name of the resident that the order is for.

Q: How can I be sure about sizing?

A: Please refer to our sizing chart for the best recommendation.
