Geri Fashions Remembers.
Each year, Geri Fashions shuts down all operations (both home and virtual) for a short period of time at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of the year.
We do this so our staff can take time to reflect and honour the efforts and sacrifices of our citizens, both in the military and those supporting the services, who have fought for our rights and freedoms.
At our office, we tune into the national broadcast from our local news station and watch the ceremony taking place there, and often there’s not a dry eye to be found in the office while we simply appreciate how lucky we are to have had so many brave Canadians who have done so much for us. We encourage our remote workers to do the same.
We ask that our customers are patient during this brief interruption in our service.
And we sincerely thank all members of the Canadian Services; yesterday, today and tomorrow.
