Changes at Geri Fashions Due to COVID-19 Pandemic

We know that many of you are worried about the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in Canada, and concerned about how this might affect your purchasing from Geri Fashions.

We wanted to reach out to let you know of the steps we're taking to ensure we can continue to help you take care in the coming weeks:

1) Keeping Our Facility Safe and Healthy

Our staff at our office and warehouse in Oakville is taking all available steps to ensure that we remain healthy and that our facility is able to ship your online and phone orders. This includes twice daily cleaning, working from home where possible and rotating shifts of employees to minimize contact with each other.

2) Reducing External Contact

Effective last week, our office is closed to walk-in customers. We will continue to honour local order pickup, but we ask that you call ahead to book a time, and your order will be placed in a secure location so you do not have to come in contact with our staff when picking up your order.

3) Delaying Mobile Boutique Visits

To ensure there is no risk for our customers in Long Term Care and Retirement communities, we have cancelled all visits by the Geri Fashions trucks for the foreseeable future and rescheduled where possible for later in the Summer. 

You can still order online or by phone, with fast shipping anywhere in Canada. 

In these unprecedented times, we're so grateful to see Canadians coming together to help one another and we want to be part of the solution in reducing the transmission of COVID-19 in our country. We appreciate all that you do in keeping yourself, your loved ones and your neighbours safe in the next few weeks.
